TAFEP’s Workplace Fairness Act E-learning Course is designed for employers, HR practitioners, and people managers. It supports organisations in understanding their responsibilities and obligations under the Workplace Fairness Act (WFA). 

This course comprises 2 modules: 

Module 1: Workplace Discrimination and Legislative Requirements (40 minutes) 

  • Understand the key provisions of the Workplace Fairness Act
  • Identify what constitutes workplace discrimination under the WFA
  • Recognise employers’ responsibilities and additional requirements under the WFA 

Module 2: Penalties and Dispute Resolution Processes (10 minutes)

  • Understand the penalties for non-compliance under the WFA
  • Learn the dispute resolution framework and processes
  • Recognise procedural rights and responsibilities of employers and employees
