Enhanced Top Executive WSH Programme
01 Sep 2026 Announcements
The enhanced Top Executive WSH Programme (TEWP) is available from 1 September 2026. Designed to strengthen leadership accountability for workplace safety and health (WSH), the programme is tailored to top executives, including chief executives and board directors.
Through practical scenarios, case studies and guided discussions, participants gain a deeper understanding of WSH governance responsibilities and due diligence. The programme is anchored on the CORE (Clarity, Organisational Culture, Review WSH Management Systems & Empower Workers) Framework and 17 measures under the Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) on Chief Executives' and Board of Directors' WSH Duties.
Key enhancements include:
- Scenario-based learning to strengthen practical decision-making and leadership accountability;
- More testimonial videos featuring chief executives and board directors sharing their WSH leadership experiences and insights;
- Industry-specific case studies based on WSH non-compliance incidents and their key learning points; and
- Enhanced content on governance accountability, due diligence and the practical implementation of the 17 ACOP measures.
The enhanced programme is offered through two learning modes:
- A self-paced online course; or
- A three-hour facilitated workshop, conducted either in person or online.
The enhanced programme is available in English. The Mandarin, Malay and Tamil versions will be rolled out in the fourth quarter of 2026.
