Important announcement
We're updating our bizSAFE webpages and preparing to launch a new bizSAFE portal.
Some online services will be temporarily unavailable from 6.00pm on 27 October 2026 until 9.00am on 2 November 2026.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we make these enhancements.
The revised START Guide, that contains a simple five-step approach to help SMEs make their workplace safe and health for employees, now comes with sample safe work procedures, a sample risk assessment and more resources. It is also available in Mandarin, Malay and Tamil.
The Workplace Safety and Health Council will NEVER ask you to disclose bank log-in details or transfer money over a phone call. If in doubt, call the 24/7 ScamShield Helpline at 1799 or visit https://www.scamshield.gov.sg.
